Once Krieghoff began producing the K32 they made changes to the original design from Remington. A model K 32 with that late of a serial number should be a great gun that can be repaired by a Krieghoff gunsmith. It has what I would call skeet wood, and that is what Roy Knight of Indiana said it was. My gun still has the hang tag which introduces the 32 as a new gun from Remington.
